Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Marilyn began her successful real estate career selling in her hometown Bergen County before moving to New York and gracing the city’s clients with her talent and skills. She was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year in the business and grew to be one of the top producers in her office of over 200 agents.

In her career, Marilyn has had the privilege of working with developers on new construction properties and gut renovations, consulting from start of building all the way to listing and selling. She tracked trends that the market was reacting to, and developers implemented those designs into their finishes with her guidance. In NYC, Marilyn began as an onsite coordinator at 30 Warren Street in TriBeCa where she remains, however she focuses on downtown sales as well. Her round-the-clock work ethic, marketing and PR prowess, sharp eye, and knack for properly positioning properties to sell continue setting her apart.

Being in retail sales since high school afforded Marilyn a gift for reading people and cultivating relationships built on trust, rather than just selling to sell. She went on to graduate from Seton Hall University with a degree in Communications and concentration in Journalism, then worked in beauty PR at a boutique firm in NYC. From there Marilyn founded her own clothing store, twice featured in Time Out New York as “Best Boutiques to Visit Outside of NYC” and voted 201 Magazine’s (a top lifestyle magazine) Best Boutique in Bergen County two years in a row. She knows how to be an advisor and an influencer, how to put herself in her clients’ shoes to envision their lifestyle needs, and to get things done efficiently with poise yet persistence when necessary. Residing in Chelsea, Marilyn speaks fluent English, Armenian and Turkish. She loves to cook and is very into fitness and exercise. In her free time, this foodie’s favorite pastime includes exploring and discovering new restaurants around the city.
