I am writing this letter with regard to the exceptional performance of Danika Baum throughout the process of renting my first apartment in New York City. I first reached out late in the evening regarding a listing on an apartment website, and shortly after, Danika reached out to start arranging the next steps for me to see the apartment. Unlike other brokers who would typically disregard my request given that I currently reside in Los Angeles, Danika made sure she was able to make the right accommodations for me to see the apartment virtually and answer any questions I had in real-time. It was truly a pleasure working with SAEZ FROMM on our development at 52 Wooster Street and this project jump started a strong, successful business relationship. Claudia and Mark were very engaged in the refinement of plans and development of interior finishes and were involved early in construction so they could provide feedback and help us fine tune apartment details to capture great market interest. Claudia and Mark are multifaceted in their marketing approach, and they were excellent at using social media, email campaigns and events to draw attention to the special details of the building. We were impressed with the quality of the events and the creativity to differentiate our events from other broker open houses, such as hosting a trunk show and cobranding an event with live music. Claudia and Mark worked closely with direct buyers to execute deals and collaborated well with other brokers. They used their personal and business networks to draw attention to the building. They sold units before the model unit was even prepared and were instrumental in the design choices of the model units on order to sell the balance of the building. Claudia and Mark were professional in conveying offers and were always reachable while negotiating with potential buyers. We continue to work with Claudia and Mark and their team to lease and sell other units we own throughout the city and rely on them for market research for new developments. They are very in tune with the Manhattan market, especially in Chelsea, the Village, Soho, and downtown, and can provide real insights into what buyers in those neighborhoods value most.
