Mark came into real estate after serving as an Executive Correspondent for the President of American Express, writing on behalf of Ken Chenault. Upon launching his career as an agent, he established strong relationships with developers, landlords and clients, ultimately founding his own real estate company in 2003. Mark and his wife/partner Claudia Saez-Fromm owned and operated the preeminent Mark David & Company for 10 years where they recruited, hired and trained 1,104 agents. During that time, they closed 9,611 transactions before selling the firm to a luxury brokerage in January 2013.
A native New Yorker, Mark lived in West Chelsea for a number of years before moving with his family to TriBeCa. He is an active community member, an avid athlete and a martial arts enthusiast.
