A prominent figure in the New York luxury real estate scene, Mark David Fromm emerges as a seasoned expert in the field, boasting 28 years of unparalleled sales experience. Mark's meticulous attention to negotiation intricacies consistently surpasses the expectations of his discerning clientele. Mark and his team at Douglas Elliman specialize in luxury condo/co-op sales and leasing, new development sales, marketing, site acquisitions, single and multi-family home sales, and investment transactions.
 
The SaezFromm Team epitomizes versatility and unwavering diligence, having amassed over $800 million in sales. Their distinctive expertise and involvement in high-profile deals have positioned them as sought-after authorities, garnering recognition in over 42 press mentions by esteemed publications such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, among others. Mark transitioned into real estate following his tenure as an Executive Correspondent for the President of American Express, representing Ken Chenault. Upon embarking on his agent journey, he forged robust partnerships with developers, landlords, and clients, ultimately founding his own real estate venture in 2003. For a decade, Mark and his wife/partner Claudia Saez-Fromm helmed the distinguished Mark David & Company, where they cultivated a team of 1,104 agents. Over the course of their tenure, they facilitated an impressive 9,611 transactions before divesting the firm to a luxury brokerage in January 2013. A native New Yorker, Mark resided in West Chelsea before relocating with his family to TriBeCa. Actively engaged in his community, Mark is an ardent athlete and enthusiast of martial arts.
