Casa Yoya Brings It Home: Cristina Villegas Brings Flair to 30 Warren

Home styling & staging is an art but using furniture from another apartment that wasn’t curated for the project at hand requires a true master to pull together. That’s where Cristina Villegas of Casa Yoya came in. She made the impossible possible. 

Our new development, 30 Warren in TriBeCa, is known for its unique layouts throughout the building. One line has a completely different floor plan from the next. So, when we were presented with the challenge of using our C-Line model furniture to dress up our A-Line, I knew I had to call my most efficient and nimble contact. Lucky for me, she also happens to be one of my closest friends. 

Cristina transformed the raw space into a home. She added character and flair to a unit clients were having difficulty envisioning furniture in. Even the Sponsor’s jaws dropped.
