Sold: February 2022To get the listing right the first time around, we called our trusted staging vendors and home marketing experts, IMG, to reimagine this SoHo loft. I’ve been collaborating with IMG for years and know that I can count on them to deliver each time. We’ve featured them over on the blog before, read here.
Take 2
Sold: September 2022The second time around we went the virtual route, calling up Daher Golding Studios, who refreshed the photos and showcased the space in a new light. Through their help, we were able to get a contract signed in less than a month! The New Seller invested in upgrading the terrace and polished up the floors and paint….. all for $1MM more than he purchased it for! All of these things made a $1MM difference.

We are pleased to have just put this Parisian styled townhouse in Lenox Hill in contract! This gorgeous, gut-renovated, townhouse on a coveted tree-lined street was thoughtfully redone making it easy for us to style and stage it for potential buyers to envision their lives in the space. o perfection over 3 years, completed in 2011, from the handsome front façade and repointed rear brick wall to all new wiring, plumbing, mechanicals and interior design, plus the addition of a spacious 5th floor with exceptional skyline views. This beauty traded twice in one year.
