The entrepreneur who opened up popular East Hampton spot Si Si last summer, takes a stab at it again this summer with his new venture, Enchanté. Located in the former Red Bar Brasserie space in Southampton, this new French bistro will likely be a hot spot this summer serving up classics such as onion soup, escargots, dry-aged duck, and lobster frites.

Dopo Il Ponte | Bridgehampton
Chef & restauranter, Maurizio Marfoglia, will be opening Dopo Il Ponte which can be categorized as a more casual option in comparison to his other hot-spot ventures Dopo La Spiaggia and Argento. Centrally located on Bridgehampton’s Main Street, a wood-burning oven turns out thin-crust and New York-style pizzas while pastas and other entrees round out the menu.

Sant Ambroeus | East Hampton
After 27 years, Babette’s in East Hampton sadly said farewell last year and Sant Ambroeus snapped up the prime real estate in town. People-watching is a given with popular Italian spot which already has a location in Southampton and several in the city. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as to-go coffee and pastries will be served.
